Do you have any vegan or vegetarian options?
We do offer vegetarian options such as creamy slaw, fresh potato salad, mashed potatoes and gravy, and our fresh-baked rolls. Please visit our Allergens page for more information.
What menu options do you have for families?
We have several options for families of various sizes. Our 8-piece chicken dinner combo serves 4-6, and our 16-piece chicken dinner combo serves 6-10. Do you offer gluten-free items?
Sides like slow-baked beans, kernel corn, creamy slaw, and crinkle fries are gluten-free. Our famous chicken and Ezell’s tenders contain gluten. Please check our Allergens page for more information.
Is your chicken Halal?
No, but thanks for inquiring.
Is your chicken Kosher?
No, our famous chicken and Ezell’s tenders are not Kosher.
Does your chicken contain MSG?
No, our famous chicken and Ezell’s tenders do not contain MSG.
Does your chicken contain wheat or soy?

Where can I buy a gift card?
You can purchase a gift card at any of our restaurant locations or at select Costco warehouses!
How can I use my gift card?
Ezell’s gift cards can be used in person at any of our 18 restaurant locations or for online orders at ezellschicken.com. At this time, Ezell’s gift cards cannot be used for DoorDash delivery orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, Apple Pay, gift cards as well as cash are accepted for in-restaurant purchases.
